Our Daily Word

Updated: Feb 20, 2022

February 21st:February 18th:Faithful Friday:

But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil(2Thes3:3). Morning! But the Lord IS faithful! We could just stop right there! He’ll establish you, because He’s faithful! He’ll keep you from evil, because He’s faithful! You can fill in whatever you need to. There’s no limit to what can be done! Why? Because the Lord is faith! Doesn’t that make you happy? Can’t you rejoice on that alone? My my my! But the Lord is faithful!🙏🏾💃

Thankful Thursday Thought:

And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God(Lk17:12-15). Morning! As they went, they were cleansed. Obedience to God, allowed the healing to take place. They hadn’t even gotten to the priests. God beheld their obedience! And the leper began to just praise Him! That’s what we have to do. Be obedient and just give God thanks! Will you walk in obedience?🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

February 10th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him(Lam3:24-25). Morning! Portion: a part of a whole; a person’s destiny or lot. When you realize that God is the “portion” that makes your life whole...When you realize that your destiny is in Him...well, that is true wellness! Your soul seeks Him, because He’s your portion. Your hope is in Him, so you wait on Him. And, in turn, He is good to you! My hope is in God, whom my soul seeks after!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

February 9th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established(Prv16:3). Morning! We serve the God that can read your thoughts! Isn’t that amazing? And, if we commit our thoughts to the desires that God has for our lives, they can be established. You have to trust that God knows what’s best for you. And, in His time, it will come to pass. That’s trusting God! He truly is a mind reader! Trust Him!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

February 8th:

Motivation Monday:

And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven(Mat18:3-4). When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things(1Cor13:11). Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right(Prv20:11). Morning! A child looks to the parent for everything. A child is fed, nourished, by the parent. A child looks for direction from the parent. That is how we should be with God. Look to Him, to mold, direct and feed us, through His word. And, as knowledge increases, it’s time to grow up. Stand on the word of God, and get moving! Work righteously and in pureness of mind. Let this keep you motivated. Are your “doings” showing that of an adult or child? Let’s grow up, so we can “glow up”, shining the light of God! Amen?!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

February 5th:

Faithful Friday:

And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear(Isa65:24). Morning! How awesome is our God? Before you call, He has the answer! Before you even finish the sentence, He’s already heard your cry! Wow! He’s so faithful! When you can’t utter the words, He hears your very thoughts! That’s the God we serve! So faithful! So true to His word! Glory be to our God!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

February 4th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin(Heb4:15). Morning! Sometimes you can't get to your pastor. The deacons, elders may not be available. But, thanks be to God, who is always available! Sometimes people can't relate to what you are feeling or going through. But, thanks be to God who feels our care! We can make it! And, He did ALL of it, remaining sinless! My God! We can do it! One day when I was lost, He died on the cross. And, I KNOW it was the blood for ME!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

February 3rd:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

And the whole congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness:

And Moses said, This shall be, when the Lord shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that the Lord heareth your murmurings which ye murmur against him: and what are we? your murmurings are not against us, but against the Lord(Ex16:2,8). Morning! Have you ever been around a person that complains? That’s just what they do, complain. Or maybe, that person is you? Let’s just stop! Your dissatisfaction isn’t with the situation or even the persons, it’s with God. It’s hot, it’s cold, it’s raining, it’s snowing! Welp, it IS winter?! Snow is a part of that season. You go to work. Complain about that. Do you realize what others would do to have a job right now? In the midst of this pandemic? You have food, but maybe not exactly what you want. But, you HAVE food. When you start considering that you are murmuring/complaining against God himself, then it should make you want to stop. You want true wellness in your life and your mind? Then, just consider who you are murmuring about. Be grateful! When you adapt an attitude of gratitude, you will find true wellness!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

February 2nd:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness. Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me. For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me.

But I trusted in thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my God(Ps31:1-3,14). Morning! This scripture begins with, “In thee O Lord do I put my trust”. The last scripture I ended with is, “but I trusted in thee”. If you read the whole chapter of Psalms 31, you’ll find that David talks about some things he was going through. But he still had to trust God. You have to start, by trusting God. In between, life may throw some things at you. But, through it all, you must trust God. It begins and ends, with trusting God! Will you go through some things in between? Yes! But, continue to trust God! The chapter ends with, “Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.” Trust God!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

February 1st:

Motivation Monday:

And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not(Isa58:11). Morning! Drought: low rainfall, shortage of water, to thirst. Going through a “dry spell” in your life? Then make sure your “hose” is connected to the source of water! A hose is the connector, from that which supplies, to that which is in need. If we stay connected to God, our source of replenishment, we will not be dry. God is THAT water, where we’ll never thirst again! Let this scripture speak peace to you, as you go through your week! Stay connected, no drought! God’s word will water every aspect of your life, and cause it to flourish!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 29th:

Faithful Friday:

But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold(Job23:10). Morning! Sometimes in order to get the purest form of a thing, it needs to go through a process. Most of the time, that requires heat. In order to be a fit vessel of our God, sometimes heat is applied. Heat from your job, heat at home, even heat in the church. But stay the course! God knows what treasures lie in wait, inside of you! And, He’s processing you through some heat, to get you shiny like gold! But you must withstand the heating process. The world has a saying, “If you can’t stand the heat, get out the kitchen”! Well, I encourage and implore you today, take the heat! Stay in the “kitchen”(heat source)! You can take it! Don’t you want to make it? The “gold” in you is bursting to come forth!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 28th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ(1Cor15:57). Morning! All that you have to say is, “thanks be to God”. Life situations trying to get you? “Thanks be to God”! Family matters pulling on you? “Thanks be to God”. Job issues? “Thanks be to God”. How can you be thankful through it all? Because, He gives us the victory! So, no matter what, thanks be to God! Through Him I have the victory! Victory is mine! Victory is mine! Victory today is mine! Yesss!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 27th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend(Prv27:17). Morning! The fulfillment of your destiny is often linked to your environment. Surround yourself with people who inspire you to be better. People you can have dialogue with on the wonderful works of our Savior. Ones that encourage you to draw closer to God. Those that can pray for and with you, even when you can’t do it for yourself. This is how you can change the countenance, the look of a friend! When their expression is down, the words you utter can lift them up! And, vice verse. You want to soar with God? Then, get around those with the same mind. It’s time to learn and grow together!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 26th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength(Isa26:3-4). Morning! If your trust is in God, you WILL have perfect peace! Why? Because, no matter what it looks like, you know God got it! No matter what is said, you know God got it! Keep your mind stayed on Him, and peace will stay in your mind! God’s strength, His power, His ability, IT IS EVERLASTING! Amen somebody!🙏🏾

January 25th:

Motivation Monday:

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain (Philip2:12-16). Morning! It's time to push to the next level! No complaining, just do it! No looking around at others, just do it! Using what God has put in you, to work according to His will. Let this keep you motivated! God had instilled in you, what is needed to show the light of His love! Uphold the word of God! Labour with love! Knowing that, in the end, our living shall not be in vain!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽💃🏽

January 22nd:

Faithful Friday:

But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience, Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me (2Tim3:10-11). Morning! You have to live what you believe. You have to know your purpose. Understand what manner of life you want. And realize that, in serving God, you may encounter some trials. Go through some tribulations. But, guess what? God will be with you! Paul said, no matter where he went(Antioch, Iconium, Lystra), God delivered him! God will deliver you too! He’s just that faithful! Oh Lord, I KNOW you are able to deliver me! Because faithful is our God!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

January 21st:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law(Ps119:18). Morning! God’s word(law) is full of wondrous things. But it’s all in your perspective. His word will scold you, in order to mold you. How will you look at it? His word will show where you are, or where you’re not. How will you look at it? Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at will change! The “realer” you are with yourself, the better you can become. Lord, open my eyes and let me see me. That I may look into your word, and behold the WONDROUS things found therein! Amen?!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

January 20th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men(1Pet2:15). Morning! People are always going to have something to say. That’s what people do. But don’t let talking deter you from doing! Keep serving the God you know is able! Keep abiding in His precepts! Keep walking according to His word! And, in doing so, you can silence the foolishness. Let YOUR LIVING, speak LOUDER than their talking! Amen?!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 19th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust(Ps91:2). Morning! Keep trusting God! No matter what you are faced with, tell yourself, in Him will I trust! He IS my shelter and protection, when I am pursued by trouble or danger! I will trust God! He IS my tower, where I can run! A tower that is not susceptible to outside influence or disturbance! Oh yes! I WILL TRUST My God!!🙏🏾💃🏽

January 18th:

Motivation Monday:

But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.

And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified(Acts20:24,27,32). Morning! Don't let the "things" of this world move your stability in God. Material things! Trying things! Doubting things! Troubling things! You just stay the course! Finish it with joy! Never fail to show this world that we serve a mighty God! One that is able to do ALL things! And know that in your weak moments, my God will build you up! Let this keep you motivated! You hang in there, and you Finish Strong!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 15th:

Faithful Friday:

Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life(Isa43:4). Morning! Precious: of great value; not to be wasted or treated carelessly. Honourable: worthy of honor; title indicating distinction. God thought so much of us, that when death should have been our portion(because the wages of sin is death), He said no, not that one. That one is mine! Isn’t that something? He’s such a faithful God! Walk like you know you’re precious! Live like you know you’re honourable. Entreat others like you know the love of Jesus! Jesus loves me...this I know..for the Bible tells me so!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 14th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth(Ps8:3-4,9). Morning! Who am I that YOU are mindful of me? But I’m so glad you did! Who am I that YOU come and talk with me, comfort me, tell me I’m YOUR own? But I’m so glad you did! O yes, how excellent is your name Lord! Take a moment and think. Your job will forget you when you leave. Your family may even forget about you from time to time. But God! Who are you, to be remembered by the God of the universe? But He did! Isn’t that something? Doesn’t that make you get the glad glads? Just thank Him! Our God truly IS EXCELLENT!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 13th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury(Prv14:23). Morning! Penury: extreme poverty or destitution. You want something in life? Get moving! This applies naturally and spiritually. But what we must realize, is that if we get the spiritual part on lock, everything else will fall into place. People talk a lot. But we need to do! Don’t be just a hearer, but apply what you hear and do. God knows what you have need of. Are you not better than the fowls of the air(Mat6:26)? If our prayers change from what we want, and just pray to be righteous, every else will work itself out. How? Because Ps37:25 says ,”I’ve never seen the righteous forsaken..” If you are righteous, you know that if you don’t work, you don’t eat. See righteousness covers it all! So, let’s stop doing so much talking, and do more doing! You want to grow stronger in God? Stop talking about how you are going to read His word more, pray more, fast more. And do it! A book not opened will never get read, and a life unguided will never be led(Thank you, I made that up myself🤣)! And let our prayer change. Let’s pray, Lord, just make me righteous and keep me righteous! That’s how true wellness will come in your life! Amen?🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏

January 12th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee(Ps9:10). Morning! There is a name, above all other! Demons tremble at this name! That name is JESUS! If you know that name and how to call it, what are you worried about? Sometimes we are known by our “family” name. At times, this may have been good or bad. But there is a name! My my my my! When no one else is available, that name will come through! When you feel all alone, that name will comfort and caress! Yes, if you know that name and trust in it, you won’t be forsaken! That name is Jesus! Do you know the name?🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

January 11th:

Motivation Monday:

For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope(Rom15:4). Morning! The Bible is full of testimonies that tell of how God did it. Remember, these are not stories, but personal experiences that give us hope. Let this keep you motivated! That which was written, still applies today! Read and grow! It's these words that will comfort! It's these words that will uplift! It's these words that will keep you keeping on! The more you get in God's word, the more ammunition you have against satan. If you get into you, you'll get so much out of it! It's time to delve in!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 8th:

Faithful Friday:

Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame. At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the Lord (Zeph3:19-20). Morning! God is faithful! He alone can undo, start that was stopped, and gather that which was dispersed! That’s the kind of God we serve! Truly faithful! Isn’t that awesome? Oh what a mighty mighty God to serve!🙏🏾💃🏽

January 7th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods. In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also. The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land. O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker(Ps95:1-6). Morning! No matter what it looks like, just thank God! He IS great! No matter how “deep” this world tries to push you down, God’s hands can reach you! Why? Because His hands ARE the deep places of the earth! Sometimes you feel tossed and turned like the waves of the sea. But the sea is His! The waves come to make you stronger! Ride the wave and just get to the shore! In all things, just start thanking Him! Lord today, right now, we kneel in humility, in submission, to the GREAT GOD that you are!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 6th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

But the Lord is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him(Habakkuk2:20). Morning! This world has a pull. And, if you don’t stay prayed up, you’ll get sucked into the nonsense of the day. Whether it be politics, things in the news, work, life situations, anything. But we must remember, no matter the state of the world, God is in His holy temple! He sees all and knows all! You want wellness in your life? Then, remember that the earth IS the Lord’s! He is still sitting on the throne! All you have to do is, be still and know that He Is God! Amen?!🙏🏾

January 5th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord(Ps27:14). Morning! So many times we want to do this, or we want to get that. And, it might be for you. But, timing is everything! Learning to wait on God, is a sign that you trust Him. You realize that God’s timing, is ALWAYS right on time! So, trust Him! Don’t faint or get weary in well doing! Remember, it is better to wait, be in God’s timing, and have things fall into place, rather than to rush ahead of God, and have things fall apart! Timing is everything! Wait on Him!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

January 4th:

Motivation Monday:

Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning (Ps30:4-5). Morning! You woke up! Give thanks because that’s the favor of God! Life has moments of weeping. But hang in there! Maybe you are in the “night” part of a situation. But know that the “morning” is coming! Retain your joy! Remember how God did it before! Remember how He kept you! Remember His lovingkindness! Hold on! Your “morning” is coming and your mourning will be over! You just have to hang in there! Let this keep you motivated. Though I may be in my “night”, I know my “morning” is on the way! Now just give God the thanks and glory! Walk like you know the morning is coming! Talk like you know the morning is coming! Oh yes!! I can feel the breaking of day..Oh what joy in my soul! 🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

January 1st:

Faithful Friday:

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen(Heb11:1). Morning! This verse is so familiar to us. But let’s get into it a little deeper. Now: at this moment. Substance: a particular kind of matter that has uniform properties; the quality of being important, valid or significant. Evidence: proof or confirmation of something. How can you have proof, of that which you can’t see? Because my faith is in an able God. He is the “matter” whose “uniform properties “ never fail! He makes the winds, evidenced by the trees sway. He causes the waves to recede, evidenced by them not washing out the land. He breathed life into you, evidenced by you waking up. Oh yes, now faith is! What I’m praying for may not be happening in this moment, but it doesn’t change my walk in faith! So, keep walking in faith! Talk in faith! Live in faith! Faith..even when I don’t see it He’s working! Faith..even when I don’t feel it, He’s working! God never stops, never stops working! He’s faithful to work, so you just keep working your faith! Amen?!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 31st:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth(Prv27:1). Morning! Sometimes we get so encumbered with life, that we forget to actually live! Start thanking God for the now! Whether your “now” is how you want it or not. Just start thanking Him! Tomorrow is not promised, and yesterday can’t be changed. All you have is the now! So, right now, thank God, serve Him, give Him the praise. Because remember, all you really have is, the NOW!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

December 30th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the Lord(Ps144:15). Morning! What “case” are you in? Guess what? It doesn’t even matter! As long as you look to the Lord as your God, happy are you! Happy are “that” people who know that if God be for you, happy are you! That people who walk by faith and not by sight! That people who look to the hills from which cometh your help! That people who know all things work together for good! Are you part of “that” people? Then, happy are you!!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

December 29th;

Trust in Him Tuesday:

The sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he arose. The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits. All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again(Eccl1:5-7). But the very hairs of your head are all numbered(Matt10:30). Morning! The sun goes up, the sun goes down. The winds blow, then they stop. The waves come in, the waves go out. Don’t you know, God is in control? He knows your ups, He knows your downs. He knows what you want, He knows what you need. Down to the number of hairs on your head, He knows you! You don’t even know the amount of hairs on your own head! Why wouldn’t you trust someone that knows you just that well? And not just anybody. But the King of kings and Lord of lords! Without a doubt, trust God! Without hesitation, trust God! Do your part, then just trust God!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 28th:

Motivation Monday:

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee(Isa60:1). Morning! Arise: get up, emerge. Shine: to direct light somewhere that has darkness, give out light. Glory: high renown or honor won by notable achievements, to take great pleasure in. It’s time to get up and shine bright in a world of darkness, and let them know about the awesomeness of our Savior! Let this motivate your week! Everywhere you go, everyone you come in contact with, arise, shine, exude the glory of God! Let the encounter with you, leave them wanting to know God more! Feeling more hopeful that God is able! Walking with more pep in their step, encouraged that God is! ARISE, SHINE, all GLORY be to God!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 25th:

Faithful Friday:

But that ye also may know my affairs, and how I do, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things(Eph6:21). Morning! Not much is spoken about Tychicus, but what was said about him, is that he was faithful. Isn’t that awesome? Not much is known, except he was a faithful man. Wow! Don’t worry about being “known” among people. As long as they can say, “that’s a faithful servant of the Most High God”, then that is all that needs to be known about you! No matter what others know about you, can they say you are faithful? If not, start right now! Let that be what you are remembered for! Sound good?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

December 24th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer(Rom12:12). Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving(Col4:12). Morning! Things coming at you? Fret not, I know the solution! Rejoice, be patient, pray, keep praying, and give God the thanks! No matter what it is! This formula will work! Got it?!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

December 23rd:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven(Eccl3:1). Morning! Wellness: the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal. You want true wellness in your life? Then, embrace whatever “season” you are in! Understand the purpose, and go through it. Wellness is an actively pursued goal. That means it’s ongoing. You woke up! Your life has purpose! Go through your “season” boldly because you are empowered with the spirit of God!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

December 22nd:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee (Ps143:8). Morning! Cause: a person or thing that gives rise to an action, phenomenon, or condition. God is the “cause” that allows us to wake and hear each morning. It’s because of His lovingkindness that we see the morning light. Cause: to make happen. Lord please make me know how and where I should be walking. Sometimes getting a better understanding of a word, gives you a deeper meaning and appreciation for a scripture. Be”cause” of Him, you are still here! Be”cause” He loves us, He shows us lovingkindness! And, be”cause” of who He is, I will trust Him!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 21st:

Motivation Monday:

He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant. He hath shewed his people the power of his works, that he may give them the heritage of the heathen(Ps111:5-6). Morning! Guess what? The works and words of God NEVER fail! If He said it, He can do it! He’ll give you “meat”. He’ll give you what you need to be sustained! The promises He made, He will keep! He’s ever mindful of them! Isn’t that awesome? He’ll take from the unrighteous, and give to you! Wow! Now, don’t be mistaken. There ARE some things God can’t do. What, you said? God can’t lie and His word doesn’t change! Let these things motivate you and keep you inspired to keep on keeping on!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 18th:

Faithful Friday:

And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after(Heb3:5). Morning! How awesome to be called faithful! Moses was faithful, in ALL his house. Let’s take that literally and spiritually. We are the “house”. Moses was faithful, in his household, and his being. The confidence to say he was faithful. Wow! Can someone say that about us? Can God say that about us? If not, we can get there! That’s the faithfulness of God! He deals with us over and over! Let’s now deal faithfully with Him. Not wavering, not doubting. But true ambassadors of faithfulness! Will you be a faithful ambassador, of a truly faithful God?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 17th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy(1Pet4:12-13). Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator(1Pet4:19). Morning! Trials, things coming at you? Just start rejoicing! Yes, rejoice! Stay committed to doing right, letting the spirit lead you in talk and walk. No need to get upset, say things you shouldn’t. Where’s the glory of God in any of that? So, it’s not unusual to be tried. But, when you are, hold on to your integrity, lift God up, and rejoice!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 16th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?(Job1:8). Morning! You want sure nuff(I know it’s not a real word!!) wellness in your life? Then, prepare to be tested! Job went through! And, he was upright, perfect, avoided/abstained from evil, and feared God! Now, be honest with yourself. We might have 1 or 2, maybe 3, of Job’s attributes, but we are not hitting all 4! If he had to be tested, what makes you think you won’t be? But go through! You’ll come out as pure gold! Are you prepared for the test?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 15th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works(2Tim3:16-17). Morning! Do you know how the scriptures become profitable for you? When you use them to be corrected, to be taught, to prove that which God has said. That’s how we will be perfected! So, trust the process of being taught, corrected and proven. In doing so, you’ll get equipped with what you need to fight the good fight of faith! It says you’ll be THOROUGHLY furnished! Thoroughly: utterly, absolutely. Isn’t that awesome? Are you willing to trust God through the process, no matter how it comes, to be thoroughly furnished?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 14th:

Motivation Monday:

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us(Eph3:20). Morning! God is able! Sometimes you need a friendly reminder! And not just able, but able to do above ALL you ask or think! Let this keep you motivated. The God we serve is able to do above ALL! That's it! Our job is to keep the power within, on and running strong. God is able. But is your power on and running strong? If not, plug in and get charged! Why? Because now unto HIM THAT IS ABLE! Whew! My My my! Now, don't you feel motivated?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

December 11th:

Faithful Friday:

This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness(Lam3:21-23). Morning! We serve a faithful God! If we take a moment, we can recall SO much, that God brought us through! That He forgave us for! That He showed compassion in! So GREAT is His faithfulness toward little old you! Towards little old me! Right now, take a moment to recall. And then, just thank God! Faithful is our God! Amen?!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 10th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the Lord fulfil all thy petitions. Now know I that the Lord saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand (Ps20:5-6). Morning! God has been so good! It’s time to wave your banner, let the world know, just how good He has been! God saves, He hears, He strengthens! Oh, rejoice! Wave your banner of thanks! Wave your banner of gratitude! Wave your banner because God fulfilled your petition! It’s time to let the world know, and answer for the hope in you! Wave, wave, wave, your banner!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

December 9th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Eph4:1-3). Morning! The Bible is filled with acts of humility. This scripture embodies how we should entreat one another, and how we should be living in our daily lives. A prisoner does what the warden says. The warden, or overseer of our lives, should be Christ. No moves should be made, unless He oks them. That’s how we can walk worthy! How do we keep unity of spirit and bond of peace? Through lowliness, meekness, longsuffering, forbearing(patient, tolerant) in love. Isn’t this eye opening? You want wellness? Then, live this scripture! Seek to walk in it daily. Humbly stride each day, to walk more and more worthily! You can do it!💃🏽🙏🏾

December 8th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses. He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still. Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven(Ps107:28-30). Morning! No matter what "storm" is brewing, God can calm it. The "waves" that try to disrupt your life, God can make them be still. Just trust God! This last verse is what grabbed me. They were glad because, "they be quiet". What was quiet? The waves? The storm? The people? All of it! Sometimes, we need to be quiet, and God will handle the rest. He'll calm the storm! He'll still the waves! He'll bring us to where we need to be, our desired haven! Be quiet and trust God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 7th:

Motivation Monday:

Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do(1Thes5:11). Morning! Edify: to instruct and improve especially in moral and religious knowledge; uplift, enlighten, inform. Let this motivate your week. Put mindful effort in the words you speak, being edifying to those listening. Lift each other in prayer. If God pricks your mind to call someone, do it. Deliver a word from the Lord. Believe it or not, this will not only benefit the listener, but you as well! Let’s walk and talk in the beauty of holiness and unity!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 4th:

Faithful Friday:

Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him(Acts10:34-35). Morning! No matter who you are or where you come from, God loves you! Isn’t that a wonderful thought to walk around knowing? People sometimes love you because of what you can do for them or who you are affiliated with. But God loves us, just because! What?! Because He sees your potential! Because He has a purpose for you! Because when others gave up, He was still faithful! Praise be to a God that shows no partiality! Aren’t you glad about it?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

December 3rd:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits(Ps103:2). Morning! Sometimes with the hustle and bustle of life, we forget to just stop. Stop and give thanks. Stop and be thankful. Stop to remember that God is keeping us day to day. Never get so busy, that you forget ALL God's benefits! The Bible says, "..who daily loadeth us with benefits..". Daily! What an awesome God we serve! Let us remember not to forget, the wonderful works of our Lord!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

December 2nd:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

When a man's ways please the Lord, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him(Prv16:7). Morning! Peace. That’s what we all want, right? How to accomplish it, well sometimes that is where we struggle. But, thanks be to God, I found the solution! When you strive to please God, He strives to keep your life peaceful. How? Because the piece of Jesus you keep within, is what allows the peace to surround your life! Even when you are tried, you will still have a level of peace. You want true wellness? Then, strive daily to please the Lord! You watch, you will walk in peace! Live in peace! Exude peace! Just please the Lord!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

December 1st:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive (Gen50:20). Morning! Joseph was destined for greatness. Others around him knew this, although they did not want to accept it. To the point, they set him up for his demise. But nothing can halt the plan of God, when you trust in Him! What Satan has designed to make or keep you bound in slavery, God will use, not just for your good, but the good of those around you! Just trust God! Just keep Him lifted! Just stay true to His word! After while, you’ll come out victorious! Trust God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 30th:

Motivation Monday:

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength(Isa40:29). Morning! Sometimes we feel a bit weaker than other times. But hang in there! Let this keep you going and motivated. God will give you power and strength! He said, "Be strong and of a good courage.."! Remember, courage isn't just having the strength to go on. It's more so, going on even when you don't have the strength! Keep pushing! We can and will make it!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

November 27th:

Faithful Friday:

I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins(Is43:25). Morning! Family May hold your past against you. Friends may hold your past against you. Heck, sometimes we even hold our past against ourselves! But thanks be to a God who doesn’t do that! Isaiah even says,...for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back. Wow, right? God will even bring you out of a situation that YOU got yourself in, and He still won’t hold it against you! What a faithful, awesome, wonderful God we serve!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 26th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you(Philipp1:3). Morning! Although Paul and Timotheus were writing this to the saints at Philippi, it is a saying we should be repeating daily. I thank God! Every time I remember that He gave His only Son for me. I thank God! For every remembrance He has of me, when at times I forget about Him. I thank God! Thankful: grateful acknowledgment of benefits or favors, especially to God; a public celebration in acknowledgment of divine favor or kindness. Oh yes! I publicly thank my God upon EVERY remembrance of you, Lord! Isn’t that so much to be thankful for? Are you thankful?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 25th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward(Ps19:7-11). Morning! You want sure, true wellness in your life? Then, keep the law of the Lord! In doing so, we have protection. God keeps us aware through His warnings. And, keeps us blessed when we obey Him. What an awesome God we serve!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

November 24th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?(Rom8:31). Morning! What are these things? Well, I’m so glad you asked! The things that try to make us doubt? The things that try to make you deviant from God’s plan. Anything that tries to block, where God is trying to take you! But, remember who is on your side! What shall we say? I won’t doubt! I won’t fear! I’ll trust God! Who can come against the Almighty God? Nobody or nothing! What shall we say? We say, WE WILL TRUST GOD!

Amen?!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

November 23rd:

Motivation Monday:

My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah(Ps62:5-8). Morning! Let this be your motivation as you go through your week. Wait on God! No matter what it is! Expect from God! No matter what it looks like! Glory in God! Because He deserves it ALL! Just keep this in mind..My Soul Waits on God! Stay motivated! Stay hopeful! Be encouraged! We CAN make it!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 20th:

Faithful Friday:

He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints(Prv2:8). Morning! Preserve: to keep safe from injury, harm, or destruction; protect. God keeps His Saints safe! Isn’t that wonderful? If we stay in the path God has for us, we’ll be kept! We serve a faithful God! A God that remains faithful! You just remain faithful, and He’ll keep His hedge of protection around you! What a Sweet Savior!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

November 19th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

For the Lord your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward(Deut10:17). Morning! What an awesome God to serve! Doesn't matter where you came from, who your parents were. He can't be bribed because of this or with that. We all start on the same level. We all have the same chance to know Him as Lord of lords and King of kings, the Great God! Isn't that something to be thankful for?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

November 18th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field: Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof(Matt13:31-32). Morning! The Corona virus is air born through particles. Small particles. Yet, the damage it is causing, is unbelievable. The mustard seed, so so small. Yet, properly taken care of, provides comfort and care to great birds and fowls. The Bible speaks of having faith of a mustard seed. That level of faith can cause great mountains to move. Wow! Such small things can have such great impact! Small particles, cause great viruses. Small seeds, grow great trees. Small faith, moves mountains. We give so much emphasis on certain small things. But small things God requires, we make huge. Isn’t that crazy? Remember, God isn’t interested in how big something is. He’s bigger than ALL! Activate your mustard seed!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

November 17th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust(Ps103:14). Morning! God knows us! What a wonderful thought! He knows what and how much we can take. He knows that we are mere flesh, susceptible to ups and downs. God knows all! So, just trust Him! You trust the builder that put together the frame(house) of wherever you are staying, right? Why not trust the Master builder? One who is able to add to or take away pieces of your "frame", as needed. One who can put a screw there or add some glue, when areas get weak. What are you worried about? Trust God! He knows your frame!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

November 16th:

Motivation Monday:

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible(Matt19:26). Morning! Some things we can do. Some things we can't. But the God we serve can do ALL things! Let this keep you motivated this week. No matter what it may look like, no matter what they may say. Just remember that with God all things are possible! Keep pushing! Keep moving forward! With God ALL things are possible!!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

November 13th:

Faithful Friday:

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ(Philip1:6). Morning! Confident: assured. You can be assured because the God we serve is able! Whatever God starts, He CAN finish! The gifts, the callings, God has put in you, can come to fruition. You just stay faithful. Even when things don’t look like they should. Stay faithful! When it’s taking longer than you want! Stay faithful! God will do His part, we just have to do ours. Stay faithful! God WILL perform!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 12th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed(2Cor4:7-9). Morning! Your perspective on a situation can change how you deal with it. Do we have troubles? Yes! But we aren’t in distress. Will we have moments when we may be perplexed, persecuted and cast down? Sure! But we’re not in despair, forsaken or destroyed. Why? Because that’s the kind of God we serve! That’s why we have to do this. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things(Philip4:8). Isn’t that something to be thankful for? Change your perspective, change your attitude. Remember, you can be upset that roses have thorns, or be grateful that the thorns have roses. Which perspective do you have?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 11th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the Lord.

The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace (Ex14:10,14). Morning! The children of Israel were complaining to Moses. They had forgotten who their God really was! But then, they looked up and cried unto God! Just when you think the enemy is close to closing in on you, remember to just LOOK UP! Cry to God! Don’t cry to the situation! Don’t cry to the person or people! Just LOOK UP! The scripture says the Lord SHALL fight for you! And you shall HOLD your peace! Your peace of mind! The peace in your life! The peace knowing God is fighting on your behalf! So, hold that “piece” of whatever you want to say, and you’ll retain your peace, if you just LOOK UP! Now that is real, true wellness!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

November 10th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. O fear the Lord, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him(Ps34:4-10). Morning! You know why there is no want for His Saints? Because our trust is in God! We don’t fear because we are always seeking after His will, His way. You realize that YOU ARE, this poor man the scripture speaks of! So, yes taste! Yes, see! The Lord truly IS good! And, blessed be ME because I trust in HIM!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 9th:

Motivation Monday:

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them (Mk11:22-24). Morning! Sometimes life situations may seem insurmountable. But don't you despair! Have faith in God! Don't tell God how big your mountain is. But speak to the "mountains" in your life, on how big your God is! Let this keep you motivated this week! Keep on keeping on, knowing the God you serve is BIGGER than anything that you may face! So, walk tall with a pep in your step! Our God is bigger!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 6th:

Faithful Friday:

And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel(Matt8:6-10). Morning! This man that came to Jesus on behalf of his servant, was a man with authority, with power. But even he knew that his authority could not touch that of Jesus! His faith was in God’s ability. And, he was humble! He said that he was not even worthy for Jesus to come under his roof! See, faith steps in when you realize that where your capabilities fail, God’s power soars! So, walk in faith and remain faithful! Why? Because you know that the power of God supersedes ANY natural abilities we have!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 5th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

And Moses said, This shall be, when the Lord shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that the Lord heareth your murmurings which ye murmur against him: and what are we? your murmurings are not against us, but against the Lord(Ex16:8). Morning! Most of the time, we do more complaining than thanking. There is always something that could be worse. There is someone that maybe doing worse. Remember, the job you hate going to, someone unemployed would love to clock in at. The house that you wish was so much better, grander. Is the same house a homeless person would give anything, to just occupy one room of. The car you dread riding in, is the same one, that the person walking BY a car dealership, would jump in thankfully and without hesitation. So, maybe your life is not exactly the way you want it. But, if you adapt an attitude of thankfulness, your perspective will change. Instead of being displeased and unsatisfied, let’s be delighted and glad! Thankful for just the opportunity, to be thankful! Amen?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 4th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Heb4:14-16). Morning! As everyone waits anxiously for the results of the election, you need to realize who is REALLY on the throne! See, we weren't content with having the TRUE King of Kings, as our leader. We wanted a natural king, a natural ruler(1Sam8). Now we have one. And, whatever party you are affiliated with, you better know who is truly reigning in your life! Yes, who ever sits in the White House, has its place. But more importantly, who sits in YOUR HOUSE? It's ONLY through God, where real mercy and grace is obtained. So, the election has its place and I'm not minimizing that. But, after all is said and done and votes are counted. Make sure you have elected and voted to make GOD the leader of your life!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

November 3rd:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. And they had no child, because that Elisabeth was barren, and they both were now well stricken in years.

And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense. And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him. But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John. And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth. For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb. And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God(Lk1:5-7,11-16). Morning! The Bible says this couple was righteous and blameless. Yet, they lacked something they so desperately wanted in their lives. But that didn’t stop their trust in God. Just because God doesn’t answer your prayer in your time, doesn’t mean it won’t be answered at all! He’ll withhold no good thing from you! In the fullness of time, if it be the Lord’s will, it will be answered. But while you are waiting for your answer, be righteous! Be blameless! Will you wait for your answer, and continue to answer for the hope that is in you?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃

November 2nd:

Motivation Monday:

But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day(Prv4:18). Morning! Some days go well, some not so well. But, the great part is, each day you are given, you have another chance! A chance to live more justly, according to God’s word. Let this keep you motivated. You woke up, now shine! Shine with the light of God! Shine knowing that that the more justly you live, the more you will shine! Just keep going! Remember, in order for you to keep your balance when riding a bike, you must keep moving! So, keep riding through the good days and the bad. Knowing that the just shall shine more and more!💃🏽🙏🏾

October 29th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.

And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them (Lk2:8-11,15-17,20). Morning! The angel appeared, said where the shepherds should go and what they would see. The shepherds went and saw. Everything that was told them, they saw. And, although the WHOLE thing had not come to FULL fruition just yet(He would BECOME the Savior of the world), they still began to praise! Why? Because they knew that the one who told them, could and would follow through! That’s how we have to be! He said it, can do it, so thank Him! He said it, can do it, so thank Him! Say it until, you really receive it in your spirit! No matter what it looks like! No matter what others say or think. He said it, can do it, SO I THANK HIM!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

October 28th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour(Titus3:1-6). Morning! It’s good to remember from which you came! And to realize that it was ONLY by God’s mercy that you are still here. We can’t get caught up thinking we are soooo righteous, that we begin to think more of ourselves than we should. The Bible says, when you have been converted, strengthen your brother. You want real wellness in your life? Then, pray for others. Stop putting your mouth on everything. With love and kindness have I drawn thee(so says the Bible). If we start remembering that we are just a sinner saved by grace, it will change how you act, react, and interact with others. Let’s walk humbly in the mercy of God and while we are walking, live to persuade others to walk with you!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽 Bonus Wellness Wednesday Word: Remember, Job was delivered when he started praying for his friends! Will you be a Job?🤗

October 27th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

And I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, Be not ye afraid of them: remember the Lord, which is great and terrible, and fight for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your wives, and your houses(Neh4:14). Morning! Sometimes we need to just look up and remember who is really in charge! Forget about what or who maybe coming at you, just trust God! It maybe people in high position, low position, or no position at all! It doesn’t matter! You trust God! Remember the Lord and look up! Trust God and look up! It WILL be alright, if you just look up and trust God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

October 26th:

Motivation Monday:

My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever(Ps73:26). He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength(Isa40:29). Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might(Eph6:10). Good morning, good morning, good morning! Wake up, shake the devil off, and walk in the strength of God! Sometimes, you have to remind yourself where your strength comes from. Then, you begin to realize that YOU CAN MAKE IT! So, face this week empowered and motivated by the power and strength of our Almighty Savior! We can make it!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

October 23rd:

Faithful Friday:

I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul(Ps138:1-3). Morning! So may times we get focused on what others are doing, or not doing. Focus on YOU and GOD! The scriptures say: I will praise, I will worship, when I cried. God does not need our help monitoring what others are doing. You’ll miss your blessing focused on other people! So, get a faithful focus on God! He’s been so faithful to us, hasn’t He?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

October 22nd:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the sun(Eccl11:7). Morning! If you are able to open your eyes to another wonderful day, be thankful! You have another chance to get right! To do better! To make a change! Isn’t that awesome? Let us not take for granted being able to see the light of a new day, and being able to walk in the light of the Lord! We truly(honestly, genuinely) have SO MUCH to be thankful for!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

October 21st:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you(Jam4:7). Neither give place to the devil(Eph4:27). Morning! Just like some people, Satan is an opportunist! Any space in your mind that you yield to him, he will accept and takeover. But, he doesn’t stop there. The space given in mind, causes the other “members” of your body to become subject to him. If given too much time in idle thoughts, Satan will have your hands touching things they shouldn’t. Your eyes beholding stuff it shouldn’t. Your feet going places they shouldn’t. Your mouth saying stuff it shouldn’t. Your ears taking in nonsense it shouldn’t. Why? Because you gave place and space for the devil to occupy! You want to keep real, true wellness in your life? Then, don’t allow Satan ANY room in your mind! One of the credit card companies has a saying, “What’s in your wallet”? Well, I ask you, “What’s in your mind”?💃🏽🙏🏾

October 20th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

Blessed be the Lord my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight: My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me (Ps144:1-2). Morning! A good trainer will teach you the skill and then when needed, you’re prepared for the situation. What good are tools, if you don’t know how to use them? But our God is complete! He gave us the whole armour of God, so when needed, we’ll be able to stand and fight against the adversary. When you are “armed and trained” you are a threat to Satan! It’s dangerous to come against someone who has been trained and armed, under the mighty power of God! That’s how your trust is activated. You know your “trainer” has equipped you with what’s needed to stand and fight in the battle of life! There’s no fear or doubt, just trust in what you have been taught. Are you an “armed and dangerous” threat to the enemy?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

October 19th:

Motivation Monday:

And they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because the Lord is with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded. And I will strengthen them in the Lord; and they shall walk up and down in his name, saith the Lord (Zech10:5,12). Morning! As you go through your week, let this keep you motivated. You are a warrior! No matter what darts Satan tries to throw at you, you stand and fight! Stand in the mighty power of God and strength of His word! Remember...we must FIGHT!

October 16th:

Faithful Friday:

Remember me, O Lord, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation; That I may see the good of thy chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that I may glory with thine inheritance. We have sinned with our fathers, we have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly. Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but provoked him at the sea, even at the Red sea. Nevertheless he saved them for his name's sake, that he might make his mighty power to be known(Ps106:4-8). Morning! All of us were handpicked by God. Maybe you are the only one in your family that chooses to serve God. Nevertheless, He chose you, that you might make His power known to others! Maybe you've slipped up in your dedication to Him. Nevertheless, He chose you! Maybe you haven't served Him as earnestly as you should have. Nevertheless He chose you! Faithful is our God! Let this be our prayer as we go through our day. Remember me O God, and I WILL make known your mighty power, because nevertheless YOU CHOSE ME!💃🏽🙏🏾

October 15th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

For our God is a consuming fire(Heb12:29). Morning! Consuming: completely filling one's mind and attention; absorbing. Fire, burns off, provides heat, warmth, light. God should absorb our every thought. When He does, the sin in your life will burn off! The times of trouble, when the world around you seems so cold, the warmth of God’s love will surround you! When those dark moments of life arise, He’ll light the way! But, in order for Him to be a consuming fire in your life, your life must be consumed with Him! Oh, but when it does! My God! Thanks be to a God that is a consuming fire!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

October 14th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good (Rom12:19-21). Morning! Sometimes, the hardest thing to do, is not to do anything. We want to "get it straight" ourselves. And, the scripture almost seems to refute itself. Avenge not yourself, but give place unto wrath. Huh? That's why you need the spirit of God to interpret. You don't avenge, but let the wrath of God have its way. That's why the following verse says, vengeance is mine! Who's? The Lords! Instead of focusing on YOUR REVENGE, shift the focus on YOUR REVERENCE to God! How do you do that? If your enemy thirst, give drink. If hungry, feed. You want true wellness in your life, then let them see that the power of God in you, is stronger than any devil in them!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

October 13th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the Lord, and wept sore. And she vowed a vow, and said, O Lord of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the Lord all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head. Wherefore it came to pass, when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived, that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Because I have asked him of the Lord (1Sam1:10-11,20). Morning! Sometimes we pray, and become despondent because He doesn’t answer right away. You better trust God! His timing, is not our timing. But His is ALWAYS on time! The scripture says, wherefore it came to pass, when the time was come. When the time has come, you’ll get what God has for you! When the time has come, your prayer will be answered! When the time has come, what God has predestined for your life, will come to pass! All the while you are waiting, you keep trusting, until you get to your “when the time has come”!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

October 12th:

Motivation Monday:

Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses. He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still(Ps107:28-29). Morning! Sometimes the storms of life get stirred up, but that's when you start praying a little harder! Let this motivate your week. Put the power of prayer on your storms! Whatever waves try to disrupt your life, speak the peace of God's holy word to them! Watch them calm! Watch how God works! Then, turn your prayer into praise! And speak to yourself saying, "There is power in my praise"! Now praise your way through your week!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

October 9th:

Faithful Friday:

And the man bowed down his head, and worshipped the Lord. And he said, Blessed be the Lord God of my master Abraham, who hath not left destitute my master of his mercy and his truth: I being in the way, the Lord led me to the house of my master's brethren(Gen24:26-27). Morning! This servant of Abraham had been commissioned to do something. And, although he had some hesitation as to whether he could accomplish what Abraham asked of him, he still went. Maybe it would happen, maybe it wouldn’t. But because you said go, I will. And, in the end, God did just what He had spoken to Abraham. See, we have to be like the servant. Go, do, live, with expectation. Expectation that the faithful God we serve, will come through! Read the whole chapter and get a full understanding. Even the servant bowed his head in worship! The God of Abraham, the God of us, HE IS FAITHFUL!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

October8th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him (Jam1:2-3,12). Morning! Divers: many, several. Temptations: the desire to do something, usually wrong and unwise. Temptations come in many forms. When things aren’t going as planned, you may be tempted to lose hope. We’ve all had encounters at churches when people are acting less than Godly. You may be tempted to leave. But, these things are a trying of your faith! Don’t you know that some people have been put in place, just to see how deeply you love God? Just to test your level of faith in Him? But, my bible tells me, blessed is the man that ENDURETH temptation! I said, “BLESSED”! So, just start thanking God! Let nothing/no one steal your joy! Remember, blessed is the one that endures! Will you endure?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

October 7th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart. They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways. Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently. O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes! Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments (Ps119:2-6). Morning! Respect: a feeling of deep admiration for someone/something because of abilities, qualities, or achievements; to esteem. Now reread that last part, with the meaning of respect in your mind. Wow right? When you respect something, you obey. You respect the law of the land, so you won’t get arrested. When you respect God’s holy commandments, you don’t have to be ashamed. Why? Because you won’t be found in sin! Sin brings in shame(at least it should). Oh, but if my ways are directed by your word! My God! You want real wellness in your life? Then, let ALL you do be directed to respect God’s wonderful commandments!💃🏽🙏🏾

October 6th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. In God will I praise his word: in the Lord will I praise his word. In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me. For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?(Ps56:3-4,10-11,13). Morning! We have all had some “fearful” moments. But our trust in God has to be bigger than any fear we face. Trust God! And anytime fear tries to overtake you, say to yourself, “I WILL TRUST GOD”!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

October 5th:

Motivation Monday:

Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the Lord(Pa144:15). Morning! Are you part of “that” people? That people who know God delivers. That He transforms. That He plants and He plucks up. That He molds and forms. That He is in control! If you are “that” people, then happy are ye! Let this motivate your week. Say, I am part of “that” people, who realizes that I can take it and I can make it! Why? Because my God is the Lord!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

October 2nd:

Faithful Friday:

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus(Phillip4:19). Morning! Even when it looks a bit dismal, MY GOD WILL PROVIDE! Not done if your needs, but ALL! That’s how faithful He is! Couldn’t you just get a dance on that? Whew! My God! Watch God provide!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

October 1st:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord(Col3:16). Morning! Admonish: to urge or advise. We use our voices for so many things. How about, lifting up your voice, in song, in sayings, to urge others, that there is hope in God? Let God's word minister sweet thoughts to you. And, then share with others, that goodness of God! You never know how just a sweet word, can change someone's outlook. It's time to use your voice, and declare the victory, that can be found in God!🙏🏾

September 30th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing(Jhn15:5). Morning! Vines grow fruit from its branches. But if the branch breaks off from the vine, no fruit will grow. God is the “vine”. We are His “branches”. The “fruit” we grow are attributes of the “vine”, (love, peace, long suffering, to name a few). You want true wellness in your life? Then, stay connected to the “vine”, and watch how much good “fruit” you’ll bring forth!💃🏽🙏🏾

September 29th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the Lord be with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt? but now the Lord hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites. And the Lord said unto him, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man(Judg6:13,16). Morning! The things you heard of God doing, even been privy to them, He is still able to do! Don’t allow doubt to creep in! Gideon became unsure for a moment. But God reassured him! The huge army the Midianites had, would be taken down. Taken by one man, but only through the power of God. Isn’t that awesome? No matter how big the “army” against you may seem, the power of God is able to take it down! Although you may not see it, trust God! Just remember, even when I don’t see it you’re working! Even when I can’t feel it you’re working! God NEVER stops working!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 28th:

Motivation Monday:

My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up(Psa5:3). Morning! When you wake up, before your feet hit the floor, let your voice be heard by the Lord. Start the day with a prayer of thanksgiving and for direction throughout the day. If we do this, you'll be surprised at how peaceful your day will run. Not that you won't encounter trials, issues, etc. But with God guiding you, you'll get through it! See, He heard you in the morning when you directed your prayer to Him. And, He saw when you looked up, realizing who it was that woke you up. So, before the spouse hears your voice. Before the children hear your voice. Before the job hears your voice. Before the parent hears your voice. Let God hear your voice! Let this motivate your week. Before I start my day and talk to anyone, I WILL talk to God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

September 25th:

Faithful Friday:

Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest(Josh1:3,7). Morning! At this time, Moses had died. But, the promises of God were still alive! People come on the scene, people leave the scene. Some stay with you, some don't! It doesn't matter! What God said, it still stands! He's so faithful!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 24th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price (Isa55:1). Morning! God’s love puts everybody on the same page. What you “have” doesn’t matter to Him. The only thing you need, is sincerity of spirit and a thirst for righteousness. Thanks be to an Almighty God, that has leveled out the playing field to Him!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 23rd:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah(Ps68:1,19). Morning! Our task is just to lift God up! The scripture says, let his enemies. Not mine, not yours, but HIS enemies! If you really lift Him up, those not on the Lord's side, will eventually scatter. You don't have to worry about it! You just lift Him up, because DAILY He loads us with benefits! Isn't that awesome?💃🏽🙏🏾

September 22nd:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. And they straightway left their nets, and followed him(Matt4:18-20). Morning! The scripture says, straightway they left. Straightway: immediately, instantly, directly. Jesus said something to them, and IMMEDIATELY they listened. Wow! Without doubt, they trusted what He said. No hesitation. No second guessing. Just, boom...He said it, and boom...they did it! Is your trust in God to that level? If not, we have to get there. And we can! Let’s work on taking our trust in God, to the highest level. Let’s get that “straightway” mindset.💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 21st:

Motivation Monday:

This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it(Ps118:24). Morning! Everyday that the good Lord allows you to wake up and see, is a day to rejoice! He’s in charge of each and every day. We should be glad for another chance to live better, serve better, talk better, love better, than we did yesterday! Let this motivate you this week! Each day you rise and shine, say to yourself, “This is the day which the Lord hath made; I WILL rejoice and be glad in it.” Can I get an amen?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 18th:

Faithful Friday:

But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more (Ps71:14). Morning! Continually: without interruption. When you have continual hope, you realize that the trials of today, don't have to be the ones of tomorrow. Why? Because the God you serve is faithful! And your hope is in His consistency, not the sporadic changes of this life. So, you praise Him! Knowing that He's consistently faithful to those whose continual hope, is in Him! Who wouldn't serve a Savior such as Him?!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

September 17th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us (Ps103:10-12). Morning! What an awesome God we serve! People deal, or don’t deal with us, according to the interactions you have had in the past. Be them, right, wrong, or indifferent. But thanks be to a mighty God that doesn’t do that! As long as you are striving FROM sin, and TOWARDS Him, He won’t hold it against you! That’s the “kind”, literally and figuratively, of God we serve!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 16th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me (Jhn12:32). Morning! Sometimes, we get too "involved" in people's end. Whether they come to the full knowledge of God and come to Him, isn't our job. Our job is to just lift God up! Show that, with God, all things are possible! That there is hope in God! That your past doesn't have to dictate your future, because He can make all things new! We have to show the "ups" in serving such a sweet Savior! If you are always down and out and unhappy, why would I want your God? You want wellness in your life? Start exuding the love of God, in ALL you do! Let people's encounter with you, leave them feeling hopeful and wanting to know this God you serve! Come on y'all! It's time to buckle down and stop talking God's love, and start showing it! Yes, what the world needs now IS love, sweet love! The love of a true and living, and LOVING Savior!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

September 15th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. O fear the Lord, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him. The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing(Ps34:8-10). Morning! What an awesome scripture! Trust God, be blessed! Fear Him, have no want! Seek Him, want for no good thing! Isn’t that awesome? Put ALL your trust in God! If you taste of the goodness of God, then you will see, just how GOOD He is! Trust God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

September 14th:

Motivation Monday:

Then shall the righteous man stand in great boldness before the face of such as have afflicted him, and made no account of his labours(WisdomofSolomon5:1-found in the Apocrypha). Morning! Yes, maybe no one considers all you do. Not your boss. Maybe not your family. Maybe they have caused you some affliction, some hurt. Maybe you've been overlooked. Shake it off! Stand tall in the righteousness of God! Let this motivate your week. If you are walking in righteousness, you can stand boldly! Why? Because God is with you! You can still face them, with Godly love! People are going to wrong you! They "wronged" Jesus! Are you better than Him? I think not! So, take whatever comes your way, in stride. Keep the positivity, shake off the negative. Walk righteously and be bold! Face your week with great boldness in God! Are you ready?💃🏽🙏🏾

September 11th:

Faithful Friday:

But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows(Lk12:7). Morning! God loves you so much, and He knows you so personally, that even down to the very hairs on your head, He knows!!! Isn’t that awesome! We serve a faithful God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

Someone just said, complaining is to Satan like praise is to God!! Yess! Now think about that the next time you want to complain!!!🤗

September 10th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

And when the people complained, it displeased the Lord: and the Lord heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the Lord burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp(Num11:1). Morning! We are a society of complainers! But, we should not be, a body of Christ, complainers. Did you know that complaining DISPLEASES the Lord? The Apostle Paul said, “...I have learned in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content”. If you don’t like the “state” you are in, do something about it. He picks it up in 1 Timothy 6:6, “But godliness with contentment is great gain”. Great gain? Wow! Instead of complaining, let us delight in the God of hope! Instead of complaining, let us rejoice that we serve a God that can change your mourning into dancing! A God that will give you beauty for ashes! If you were judged on what you have said so far today, would God hear more professions of faith and praise, or more complaints? Let’s give more time to being thankful and grateful! How about it?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

September 9th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me(Ps119:133). Morning! Iniquity: sin. Dominion: control. How do we avoid sin controlling our lives? Stay grounded in the word of God! When our moves(steps) stay in the path of God’s holy word, we won’t deviant into sin. You want true wellness in your life? Let the steps you take, be ordered by God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 8th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

And it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God led them not through the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for God said, Lest peradventure the people repent when they see war, and they return to Egypt: But God led the people about, through the way of the wilderness of the Red sea: and the children of Israel went up harnessed out of the land of Egypt (Ex13:17-18). Morning! Sometimes God will take us the longer route, in hopes that we’ll get the message. He could have led the people out through a closer land. But He didn’t. When things don’t happen in our way, in our timing, we must continue to trust God! For He truly is, ALWAYS on time!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 7th:

Motivation Monday:

Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth(Prv27:1). Morning! Each day God grants you to wake up, is a day you can choose to live better. To obey His word more. To show the love of God in all things. All we have is today. Let this motivate you this week. Remember, tomorrow can't be recovered, but you can choose to win or lose today! What will you do with today?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 4th:

Faithful Friday:

Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day(Ps25:1,5). Morning! Life can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. But our help and our hope has to be in God! When we lack all the faith we need, He’s still faithful! Just keep going! With God, we can make it! Sometimes the biggest leap of faith you’ll take, is just getting out of bed!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 3rd:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen(1Tim1:17). Morning! Our moods change. We have a tendency to easily give God the praise when things are going well. But when things are rocky, sometimes our praise diminishes. From this day forward, let’s change that. In good, in bad, praise Him! I will praise God because of who He is, not how I feel! Are you with me?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

September 2nd:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears(Ps34:4). Morning! You want ongoing wellness in your life? Then, never stop seeking guidance from God. No matter what it is. Big or small, seek God! If you seek Him, He’ll hear and deliver! Seek...He hears...He delivers. It’s a simple equation for peace!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

September 1st:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee(Gen12:1). Morning! Abram didn’t yet know where he was going, or what he would encounter along the way. The only thing he knew, was that God told him to go. He took God at His word and trusted that God would provide. Wow! Now that is a serious level of trust! We must strive for that level. If God says go, I’ll go! If God says do, I’ll do! No matter what it is, my ultimate trust is in God!

August 31st:

Motivation Monday:

I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word. Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word(Ps119:16-17). Morning! As you go through your week, let this be on your mind. If you delight in God’s word, He’ll deal bountifully with you! Yes, you! Isn’t that awesome?

August 28th:

Faithful Friday:

Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?(Lk12:27-28). Morning! We are God's highest creation. Yet, so often, we doubt the power He has given us through Him. Don't let doubt creep in your mind when things aren't going do well. Hold on to your faith! The lilies and flowers grow in their season. Some are blown away when winds come. But, in their due season, they grow again. You're much more valuable than these! Keep holding on! Keep pushing forward and keep the faith!

August 27th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him(Col3:17). Morning! As you go through your day, let’s be mindful just to be grateful. And do whatever you are doing, not because the boss is watching. Not because your parents are watching. Not because this one or that one is watching. But because God is watching! With a mind purposed in gratitude, Lord we are thankful for today!

August 26th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin(Jam4:7). Morning! Most of the time, we have some inkling of what we should and should not be doing. We go to the doctors. They tell us what we need to do to be healthy(which basically we already knew). We talk to the pastor. He tells how we should live, in order to gain salvation. Although, within yourself, you already know if you are abiding by God’s word and striving towards Heaven. It’s this fleshly side of us that, even though we already know, longs for confirmation to do what it wants. You want true wellness in your life? Then, do what you know is right according to God! If we would just live the truth of God we already know, we could take Heaven by storm!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

August 25th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

But I trusted in thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my God(Ps31:14). Morning! It doesn’t matter what you are faced with, just end it with this verse. Issues at your job? But I trusted in thee O Lord! Kids acting up? But I trusted in thee O Lord! Marital issues? But I trusted in thee O Lord! Any problems at all, but I trusted in thee O Lord! Just keep that thought! But I trusted in thee, O Lord!💃🏽🙏🏾

August 24th:

Motivation Monday:

O Lord, you have searched me and known me! You know when I sit down and when I rise up; you discern my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down and are acquainted with all my ways. Even before a word is on my tongue, behold, O Lord, you know it altogether(Ps139:1-4). Morning! We get so concerned with what people think. Get more concerned with what God knows! Let this motivate your week. God knows all and sees all. People will have opinions about everything. So what! As long as you are abiding in God, that's all that matters! His is the only opinion that really counts!Have a wonderfully blessed week, purposed to please God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

August 21st:

Faithful Friday:

Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing (Matt24:45-46). Morning! We already know that God is faithful. But, can He say the same about you? We are doing a lot of things. But most importantly, we must be doing the will of God, obeying His word, walking in His precepts. What will our faithful God, find you doing?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

August 20th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever(Ps30:11-12). Morning! We’ve all had some low points in life. But thanks be to a God that can bring you out! He’ll turn things around! Isn’t that something to be thankful for?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

August 19th:

Wellness Wednesday Word :

Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you(1Pet5:7). Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved (Ps55:22). Morning! What a wonderful, liquid sunshine day! Feeling the “raindrops” of life dripping on you? So what! Yes, I said it! I’ll say it again for the people in the back! SO WHAT! Start thanking God you can feel at all! And, why are you burdening yourself with it, when God said to give it to Him? No one said that when you come to God, life was going to be a bed of roses. But you have help! God said give it to Him, he’ll sustain you! Give it to Him, you won’t be moved! Just be righteous and give it to God! So, be righteous..give it to God..be supported! Easy equation, right?💃🏽

August 18th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah (Ps61:1-4). Morning! Sometimes life can seem overwhelming. That is why our trust has to be in God! The rock that is higher than us, is Jesus! He is the one! It's under His wings of protection, that we find solace! Just keep trusting God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

August 17th:

Motivation Monday:

The mountains melted from before the Lord, even that Sinai from before the Lord God of Israel(Judg5:5). Morning! Sometimes things/situations in our lives, look like insurmountable mountains. But no matter how big the “mountain” looks, know that we serve an even bigger God! Let this be your motivation as you go through your week. Stop looking at your “mountain” and saying how big IT LOOKS! Look at your “mountain” and say how big your God REALLY IS!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

August 14th:

Faithful Friday:

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it(1Cor10:13). Morning! We get ourselves in situations all the time. Then, we try find an escape plan. But thanks be to a God that is so faithful! Our escape is found in Him! Now, we need to stop getting in “situations” and learn to make God our first choice, instead of our last option. Life will go so much smoother!💃🏽

August 13th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever(Ps23:6). Surely: used to emphasize the speaker's firm belief that what they are saying is true and often their surprise that there is any doubt of this/with assurance or confidence. Follow: go or come after. Morning! Isn't it awesome to know that, without a doubt, God has great things in store for our lives? Just follow God and blessings will follow you! So thankful!!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

August 12th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety(PS4:8). Morning! It’s not the type of mattress you have, that gives you good rest. It’s not the pillows or blankets. It’s knowing that you are dwelling in God! He’s the only one that can give the peace you need, to really rest! It’s in the safety of His arms, that allows you peaceful sleep! Now I lay me down to sleep, Lord I pray that me you keep!💃🏽🙏🏾

August 11th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed(Ps37:3). Morning! Sometimes we’ll do good, but lack the trust. Other times, we’ll trust and not be doing good. But if you want to stay “fed” in ALL aspects of your life, then you must do both! What does doing good mean? Obeying God’s word! If you do that, everything will be covered! So, trust, do good, and be fed!💃🏽

August 10th:

Motivation Monday:

Know that wisdom is such to your soul; if you find it, there will be a future, and your hope will not be cut off(Prv24:14). Morning! Let this motivate your week! The hope of your future, can be found in Jesus! If you get the wisdom of God, it can penetrate every aspect of your life! Isn’t that awesome! So remember, no matter what comes at you, your hope is in God!! He holds your future!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

August 7th:

Faithful Friday:

Blessed be the Lord, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant(1Kgs8:56). Morning! We have all said something, at one time or another, and not followed through. But, imagine ALWAYS coming through on what was said? Well, guess what? You don’t have to imagine! The God we serve, not ONE WORD that He has spoken, has failed! Not one! Isn’t that mind blowing? Faithful, so faithful, is our God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

August 6th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you

(Hosea10:12). Morning! Yes, it’s raining buckets! But, let the drops of rain wash away the dirty spots in your life. Let the rain water cleanse you, from the top of your head(mind) to the soles(souls) of your feet. May the water from above, cause your spirit to grow, and spring up anew! And all the while, keep dancing in the rain giving God the thanks!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

Wellness Wednesday Word:

This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me(Matt15:8). Morning! You ever watch award shows, and you have people from all walks of life. They get their award, and the first thing they say is, “I would like to thank God..”. Really? Now, before you get all sensitive, I’m not judging. But, God’s word is. See, you can’t live a lifestyle that has NO God whatsoever incorporated, and then try to add Him in when you want to. God is not like a dash of salt you can add to this dish of your life, but not that one! Sorry! You can’t speak you love God, but your actions prove otherwise. That’s what this scripture is telling us. You want wellness in your life? Then, make sure you aren’t just “using” God’s name. The realness comes from “living” all His name encompasses!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

August 4th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD(Ps112:7). Morning! People will try to bring you bad news. Just stuff that won’t profit your spirit or your mind. And it can come through anybody! Satan doesn’t care how he gets you off your mark, he just wants you off of it! But if your heart(mind) is fixed, no matter what comes at you, you won’t be moved. Fixed: fastened securely in position, not subject to or able to be changed. Don’t let anything or anybody, cause you to doubt our MIGHTY GOD! We get fixated on so many things. Let’s get fixated on trusting God! Amen?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

August 3rd:

Motivation Monday:

I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus(Philip3:14). Morning! We are very familiar with this verse. Oft times when the “pressures” of life arise, we miss the mark. But, fret not! You can and will do better! Things are “pressed” to become a different, more refined version of themselves. For example, grapes are pressed to become wine. Olives are pressed to become oil. You are “pressed” to become the best version of you! The “wrinkles” in your attitude, in your talk, in your thinking, have to be “pressed” out. So, don’t fear the pressing or be upset about it. Let this motivate you this week. Pray your way through the pressing, and keep your eye on the prize! You can make it!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

July 31st:

Faithful Friday:

The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever(Isa40:8). Morning! Grass grows, then dies. Flowers bloom, then blow away. People come in your life, then they may leave. Jobs change. Careers change. Heck, even family can change. But, what an awesome feeling to know, you can rely on God! He never changes! His word stands the test of time! Doesn’t that give you a sense of relief? Faithful is our God! So, stand strong on the word of God. For God’s word will ALWAYS be able to hold you!💃🏽🙏🏾

July 30th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart(1Sam16:7). Morning! It’s so good to know a God that doesn’t look at things like we do. What we perceive to be good, at least on the outside, God can see through to the core. Superman used to use laser to see through things. But the visual capabilities of our Savior, truly are out of this world! God sees what has not even been manifested to the natural eye. He sees things that are just in the thought process. Wow! Isn’t that amazing? Thanks be to a God that saw something in you, when nobody else did! Now that is something to be thankful for!💃🏽🙏🏾

July 29th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end(Eccl3:11). Morning! Who can fully understand what, how, or why, the God we serve, does what He does? And guess what? That’s not our job! God knows exactly what He is doing. All things are in His hands and His time. You want wellness in your life, then just believe that God knows all. Submit to His way, His will, His time. Read the verse again. See, that’s how you find the beauty in everything! Knowing that, no matter what, God got it, in His time!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

July 28th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed(Jam1:6). Morning! No matter what goes on, what changes we face, we must keep our trust in God. Waves tossing you to and fro, causes that “sea sick” feeling. Likewise, your soul experiences that “sea sick” feeling when our trust goes up and down in God. We must be stable in our mindset to trust God, at all cost. Waves of trials come at you? Trust God! Rushing waves seem to pound the shores of your life? Trust God! No matter what, ride the wave and just trust God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

July 27th:

Motivation Monday:

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way(Ps37:23). Morning! As you walk through your week, stop and think. Is the next step I make, one that the Lord has ordered? Would He be pleased? Life has us busy busy! But, with the state of the world being somewhat on hold or at least slowed down, maybe now you have the time to stop before you step. God has a plan for each of us. Our lives can be good, if we would stop just walking, and walk in the path that God has ordered for us. Let this motivate you this week. I will no longer just walk through life. But I will step in the paths God has ordered for me!🙏🏾

July 24th:

Faithful Friday:

I have set the Lord always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope(Ps16:8-9). Morning! When you know who’s on your side, you can relax. Nothing has to shake you. You can be glad! Isn’t that awesome? You can rest in hope! Rest in expectation that all things will be handled! Rest in the knowledge that if God is on your side, that’s the only one you need! He’s so faithful!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

July 23rd:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan(Lk17:12-16). Morning! Ten were healed. Only one came back to say thank you. And that one wasn’t even a Jew, part of “God’s people”! Isn’t that something? Sometimes those closest to you, forget. Even though they’ve seen. Been witness to. Even been healed. Yet, they forget. 10 healed. 1 gave thanks. And, that one, was supposedly, not “his own”. What makes you God’s own is sincerity of spirit. Sincerity in righteous living. Remember, 10 were healed, 1 gave thanks. Will you be that one?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

July 22nd:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips(Job2:10). Morning! We are so happy when God is blessing, everything is easy and quiet. But let a little trial hit, and boom! Where has the happiness gone? Don't you know that your trials are what make you? They strengthen that inner man. They make and mold you. So, no need to be alarmed if things start happening. Just say, take me through Lord! And remember, trials and tests don't give you character. They only expose the character that is already within!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

July 21st: Trust in Him Tuesday:

But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?(Jhn12:37-38). Morning! People will “report” what they want. They doubted Jesus. Even though they had seen His miracles. But what report will you believe? The God we serve is able! He has revealed His abilities over and over again. So, who will you believe? Don’t let doubt creep in. You trust God! Believe His report!💃🏽

July 20th: Motivation Monday:

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me(2Cor12:9). Morning! In our weakness, is when the power of God shines. Our strength is in Him! So, while you may be going through, just thank God! Give Him the praise! Give Him the glory! For although you may feel weak, the God you serve is strong!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

July 17th:

Faithful Friday:

Blessed be the Lord, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant(1Kgs8:56). Morning! People make promises all the time. Sometimes they stand behind them, and sometimes they may not. But praise be to a God that will stand on every promise! You know what “his good promise” is? That HE IS GOD! And not one word, no not one word, of His “good book” will fail! He is so faithful!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

July 16th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God(Ps62:11). Morning! Sometimes you say something. Then you have to say it again. Maybe even again. But thanks be to a God that only needs to say it once! Even better, God can think a thing, and it's done! Wow! Isn't that so much to be thankful for? All power belongs to Him! Who spoke it, and the world was formed! And to be loved by Him! Now, that is truly something to be SOOOO thankful for!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

July 15th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Blessed [are] they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled(Matt5:6). Morning! Is there a void in your life? You’ve tried to fill it with this and with that? Well, I have great news! God will fill whatever void you have! All you have to do is want it! When you’re hungry for something, you search for it. You don’t stop. When you want your thirst quenched, you find what will quench it. You want wellness in your life? Stay hungry and thirsty for God! In Him, every void in your life can be filled! Are you hungry and thirsty?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

July 14th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him(Lam3:25). Morning! Sometimes we get hasty in what we want and when we want it. But, goodness is coming, if you learn to wait! Our timing is not God's timing. And, while you are waiting, just keep seeking Him. Trust the process He has you going through. Remember...goodness..His goodness...IS COMING!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

July 13th:

Motivation Monday:

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not(1Cor10:23). Morning! God is so awesome! He gives us guidelines, even down to our talking! We must be mindful of them. Certain things may be true. But is it the time to say it? Will it edify? We would avoid so much trouble, if we just stick to God’s guidelines. Let this motivate you this week! Use the guidelines! Is it edifying, expedient, lawful? Doesn’t meet all those requirements? Then, shhhhhh!💃🏽

July 10th:

Faithful Friday:

They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people from henceforth even for ever(Ps125:1-2). Morning! So much is going on all around us. But thanks be to our faithful God! He surrounds us with His love! His protection! His peace! Abide in God and He’ll abide with you! Aren’t you glad to have the covering of God, round about you?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

July 9th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else(Isa45:22). Morning! Sometimes, we look to others for help, guidance, etc. Maybe you’ve look to family, but they can’t help. Maybe friends, but they can’t help. Maybe bosses or coworkers, but no help there. But I have some great news! Thanks be to a God, THE GOD, that, when we look to Him, will provide! Will answer! Will console! Will save! How awesome is our God? So, stop looking for resolutions in everyone and everything ends. Just look to our God, whom none else can compare! Amen💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

July 8th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off(Prv24:14). Morning! Knowledge: facts, information, and skills acquired by a person through experience or education. Wisdom: the soundness of an action or decision with regard to the application of knowledge and good judgment. When you can combine knowledge and wisdom in your life, your expectation of life, will change! See, it’s not enough to just have facts(knowledge). But it’s how you apply the facts in a situation(wisdom), that is the game changer. So, get the knowledge, and use wisdom to apply it in your life! For in this, is your reward!💃🏽🙏🏾

July 7th: Trust in Him Tuesday:

Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life(Prv13:12). Morning! Deferred: postpone or put off until a later time. Hope: the ability to see beyond right now; to look ahead in expectation. Desire: to want or long for. It is important to break down some words, so we can get a better understanding of a thing. When we can't see beyond our current situation, the heart(mind) may not feel so good. But when you can see beyond the negative, and desire that which is positive, it can breathe new life in you! When you walk in hope, your walk is different. Your talk is different. Don't put off the hope that is found in God! God has the ability to plant goodness that will bring newness to your life! Trust Him!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

July 6th: Motivation Monday:

Why art thou cast down, O my soul?

and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God(Ps42:11). Morning! Disquieted: uneasy, anxious. Worry can make you anxious and uneasy. It can cause even your look to change. But, there is hope in God! Though things maybe happening, it won't disrupt your peace. Why? Because the God you serve is able! He is the health(well-being), of how you don't have to look like, what you been or are going through. Isn't that awesome? So, just give God the praise! He's working it out! He's able to do anything but fail! Let this thought keep you motivated this week!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

July 3rd:

Faithful Friday:

And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed

(Deut31:8). Morning! Friends may fail you. Family may forsake you. But praise be to a God that never fails! Nor will He forsake and leave you! We serve a faithful God! Stick with Him and He’ll stick with you! So faithful is our God!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

July 2nd:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O Lord, held me up. In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul(Ps94:18-19). Morning! Isn’t it awesome to know that, in times we may be down, the Lord upholds us? When our thoughts get the best of us, just thinking on our wonderful Savior, will calm our spirit and speak peace to our soul! Now that is something to be thankful for!💃🏽🙏🏾

July 1st:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up(Jam4:7,10). Morning! Submit: To yield, resign or surrender to the power, will or authority of another. Resist: to stand against or oppose. Why do we have such a problem with submission? Yet, we have no problem “submitting” to that which is not beneficial to our salvation? We resist the good(God), and stand in opposition of our own blessings. You want true wellness in your life? Then, fully submit to God and His will! Resist your will and your way. Whether you admit it or not, you are submitting to one thing, and resisting another. Do you know the difference?💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

June 30th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe(Prv29:25). Morning! Snare: trap, something by which one is entangled. When you are trapped in the fear of man, anything can happen. You fear what will they do, what will they think, what’s going to happen. Man is fickle. Emotions can change with the wind. You want your trust in someone who’s proven stable. That’s our God! There is safety, in trusting in Him! Put your trust in a God, where you can and will be safe!

June 29th:

Motivation Monday:

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength(Isa40:29). Morning! Life can cause different stressors. And, in dealing with them, sometimes we get a bit tired. But faint not! The God we serve has power to help you keep pushing forward! Strength and power are found in Him! Let this keep you motivated this week. You got God, God got you!

June 26th:

Faithful Friday:

The works of the Lord are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein. His work is honourable and glorious: and his righteousness endureth for ever. He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered: the Lord is gracious and full of compassion. He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant(Ps111:2-5). Morning! Have you had the pleasure, of being privy to the great works of our God? If you have, then you realize, it is indeed a pleasure! We serve a faithful God! Honorable and glorious are the things He does! The “meat” He has given us is His word. Dine on it daily, and you WILL TRULY KNOW the pleasure in them!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

June 25th:

Thankful Thursday ThAnd it was told king David, saying, The Lord hath blessed the house of Obededom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obededom into the city of David with gladness. And David danced before the Lord with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod. So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the Lord with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet. And as the ark of the Lord came into the city of David, Michal Saul's daughter looked through a window, and saw king David leaping and dancing before the Lord; and she despised him in her heart (2Sam6:12,14-16). Morning! David danced because he was thankful! He danced because he was grateful! He danced to the point that people looked at him with hatred. But, so what! There is power in your praise! We better learn to dance, like no one is watching! And, if they are, who cares! Because God has been just that good!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

June 24th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

And there were four leprous men at the entering in of the gate: and they said one to another, Why sit we here until we die? If we say, We will enter into the city, then the famine is in the city, and we shall die there: and if we sit still here, we die also. Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die. And they rose up in the twilight, to go unto the camp of the Syrians: and when they were come to the uttermost part of the camp of Syria, behold, there was no man there(2Kgs7:3-5). Morning! At this time, Samaria had been seized by the Syrian army. And there was famine in the land. These four leprous men had two hopeless situations. Sit where they were and starve or enter in the city and possibly be killed by the army. Sometimes you feel like you are between a rock and a hard place. There is a time where we must do nothing. Then there are times we MUST get moving, and God will work it out! See, God had already made provisions for the army to be moved out of the way. Just like He will do with us! Want wellness in your life? Then, sometimes, although neither choice may be optimal, it’s still time to MOVE/DO! And, being the awesome, all-knowing God that He is, provisions have already been made!💃🏽🙏🏾💃🏽

June 23rd: Trust in Him Tuesday:

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost(Rom15:13). Morning! Abound: to have in large quantity, overflow. Trust in God allows you to live in hope. But it's the power of God's spirit (Holy Ghost) in you, that keeps that hope overflowing. Life situations, will constantly try to diminish our hope. But stay full of God's joy! Stay full of God's peace! Most of all, stay full of the Holy Ghost, and then hope can truly abound in your life!🙏🏾💃🏽🙏🏾

June 22nd:

Motivation Monday:

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?(Rom8:31). Morning! No matter what you do, somebody is going to have their opinion about it. Why not just do right by God and have Him on your side? Let this motivate you this week! Even if everyone is against you, family, friend, job. Just know that if God be the only one on your side, that's ALL you need

June 18th:

Faithful Friday:

Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age: and he made him a coat of many colours. And it came to pass, when Joseph was come unto his brethren, that they stript Joseph out of his coat, his coat of many colours that was on him; And they took him, and cast him into a pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it (Gen37:3,23-24). But the Lord was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison(Gen39:21). Morning! I wanted to set the scene of what was happening. Joseph was “favored” by his father. His siblings were jealous because of this and the calling on Joseph’s life. They “sold him out” to the enemy. But, even in that, after while, Joseph still excelled. Then, just when things were going good, here comes the enemy again. But, once again God was with Joseph. See, there are going to be people that are jealous of you and the favor God has on your life. They will “sell you out” through lies, deceit, whatever. But, God’s favor will follow you. Then, maybe out of nowhere, Satan will rear his ugly head. The “pit” didn’t get you, but maybe “prison” will. But, faithful is our God! Though the “pits and prison” of life situations may come at you, faithful is our God! And your faithfulness to Him, opens the doors of His favor! Isn’t that awesome? What a faithful, amazing God to serve

June 18th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth? It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth(Is40:21-22,26). Morning! God knows each and every one of us. We are mere grasshoppers, to Him that can pull the curtains of Heaven back to look upon us! How awesome is our God? He's great in might! He's great in power! Now isn't that something to be so thankful for?

June 17th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock(Lk6:48). Morning! Sometimes the floods of life come and just beat on your house(you). That’s why it’s, not just important, but IMPERATIVE, to get planted in the firm foundation of God’s word. It’s only His word, that enables you to not shake! It’s only His word, that allows you to “float” in the midst of your flood! For God’s word is rock solid! Come on y’all...It’s time to dig deep!

Trust in Him Tuesday:

And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole (Mark5:25-28). Morning! This woman had dealt with her issue for so long. She had heard of the miraculous things Jesus could do. So, when the opportunity arose for her to get free from her issue, she jumped at the chance. It didn’t matter the consequence. She trusted that Jesus would work it out. Many times we overlook our chance to be free from an issue. We must learn to recognize the opportunities that Jesus presents to us, to get free. And then, without hesitation and with all trust in Him, jump at that chance

June 12th:

Faithful Friday:

And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left(Ex14:21-22). Morning! Just when you think you have been “captured” by the enemy, God can cause the stormy seas of your life, to disperse! In ways that the carnal mind cannot fathom! Land has remnants of the rain. It’s called mud. But when God allows you to walk out of your “Red Sea”, you won’t even have the muddy remnant of what you’ve been through! Now isn’t that a faithful God?

June 11th:

Thankful Thursday Thought:

My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof. I will go in the strength of the Lord God: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine(Ps71:15-16). Morning! We talk about everything you can think of. We’ll discuss it with this one and that one. But, how about discussing the righteousness of God? About His awesome saving power! That, in Him, you will find strength! Now, these are things that should be topics of discussion! There are so many things to be thankful for! You ought to run and tell that!

June 10th:

Wellness Wednesday Word:

The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season. Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing(Ps145:15-16). Morning! You want wellness in your life? Then, keep your eyes on God! In due time, He’ll give your life substance(meat). He will provide your needs, and on top of that, He’ll even give you some of your wants! Isn’t that awesome? So, stay in the hand of God. For He’s got the whole world in His hand!

June 9th:

Trust in Him Tuesday:

Blessed be the Lord, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications. The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him(Ps28:6-7). Morning! No matter what is going on, you trust God! He IS a present help! He WILL come through! And, while you are waiting, just give Him the praise! Will you lift up your voice unto the one, that can truly make it ALL RIGHT?

June 8th:

Motivation Monday:

Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers(Eph4:29). Morning! We let many things proceed out of our mouths. Sometimes not thinking, sometimes out of emotion. We must learn to be mindful of the things we say. Sometimes, what you say can make or break, how another’s day is affected. Have you ever been having a not so good day? Then, someone will say, it’s going to be alright. Or maybe just, you have a wonderful day. So, let this motivate you this week. Are the words I’m saying uplifting and edifying? Words are tools. You must use the right tool, in order to complete a job correctly. Will you be mindful of the “tools” you are using?
